Annual Boiler Servicing:
Think of annual boiler servicing as a regular MOT on your heating system – and preventative maintenance against unexpected nasty surprises when you least need them. We give your system a ‘health check’ to ensure it’s operating at peak performance and that there are no carbon monoxide leaks. Regular maintenance prolongs the lifespan of a boiler and can help prevent an expensive, unwelcome system breakdown.

Gas & Safety Certificate
Paynes take gas safety seriously, all of our engineers are on the Gas Safe Register and will gladly produce their official identity card on request.
Gas Safe Register is the official gas safety organisation in Great Britain, replacing CORGI on 1st April 2009. Gas Safe Register is responsible for the registration and regulation of gas engineers, and membership is mandatory for any company or engineer working with gas appliances.

System Cleaning
Over time, sludge and debris builds up inside your system, clogging pipes and radiators and causing significant damage if it reaches the internal workings of the boiler itself.
We offer a system cleaning service with a Power Flush, forcing water and special chemicals through your system at high pressure to drive out the sludge and debris.
System cleaning allows your boiler to work more efficiently, radiators stay hotter, it prevents potentially expensive damage, extends the life of your whole system and reduces your fuel bills. It makes economic sense to book a regular system clean with us and keep your system in top working order.
Our Loyalty Scheme
Incentives
While every call for our services is treated as important, we recognise that our regular customers do deserve that extra level of commitment from us. With that in mind, we have introduced our loyalty card scheme to reward customers who recognise the importance of regular boiler servicing. We have three levels of membership:
Silver Membership
For return customers who have their boiler serviced for a second consecutive year. This also entitles you to a 5% reduction in prices (within the following year) for any other work we carry out.
Gold Membership
Our top loyalty level card for customers who have had their boiler serviced by us at least 3 years in succession. As one of our most loyal customers, this card entitles you to a 10% reduction in prices (within a year) for any other work carried out.
